Kelly Finn, LCSW

Kelly Finn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. Kelly currently serves Arizona, Colorado, and New York. He received his Master of Social Welfare from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) with concentrations in counseling and administration. He has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Care and more trauma specific therapies (EMDR, IFS) as well as much experience working with clients who have substance abuse issues. He believes in working collaboratively with people to help them figure out the best solutions in their lives that work for them. He has a true passion for discovering the inner resources and healing that people innately have and watching this fuel their growth. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching movies, walking through the neighborhood park, and traveling. He has enjoyed super heroes since he was a kid, and loves the current proliferation of superhero movies.

Alyssa Shaffer LPC

Alyssa Shaffer is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Master of Counseling from Arizona State University with a focus on crisis work and family dynamics. Alyssa has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. As a cultural relational therapist Alyssa believes the trust built between the therapist and client leads to empowerment and transformation for the client. She is concentrated on building community connections and making mental health treatment more accessible to all. In her free time Alyssa enjoys traveling and playing with her two dogs.

Marlee McLaughlin-Bell, LCSW 

Marlee McLaughlin-Bell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Social Research from Trinity College Dublin. She understands the impact mental health can have on our lives and is committed to supporting clients to identify goals for success in their everyday lives. Marlee has focused on using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma Informed Care, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Marlee believes in providing an environment based on patience, compassion, collaboration, and understanding. In her free time, Marlee enjoys Football Sundays, watching movies with her husband and their dog, baking cookies, reading, and spending time staying connected with friends and family near and far.
